Receptionist Position

Job description

The Receptionist plays an important role in setting the tone for the organization.  As the first person and last person clients see when they are in the office, the receptionist is instrumental in making sure clients have a positive experience.


  • Greet clients and make them feel comfortable when they visit the office
  • Maintain and update social media
  • Maintain client database
  • Assist with event organization
  • Manage principal's daily meeting schedule and travel itinerary
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, order office supplies
  • Maintain company standards in appearance and attendance
  • Prepare presentation materials for client meetings
  • Prepare weekly newsletters
  • Perform general clerical duties including and not limited to printing, copying, faxing and mailing

  • Must be punctual and dependable
  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
  • A genuine interest in serving and caring for other people
  • Minimum 1 year in the Financial Services Industry
